This is a list of repairs and replacement items Liberty Fence & Railing provides to our customers and non-customers with our PVC fences and railings. A member of our team will assess the damage and provide a cost-effective and timely repair solution as well as determine what replacement parts are needed. Planks, pickets, posts, and rails can easily be replaced if they are damaged by a weather-related event or another mishap.
There is a labor charge for all PVC fence and railing repair services. For pricing and to schedule a fence repair (or railing), or do-it-yourselfers interested in purchasing new parts, please contact our main office.

How to Request a
Service Call
Please note that per Liberty Fence & Railing’s contract agreement, you must submit your service call request to us in writing. Please email your service request, along with a photo, to service@libertyfence.com. Once we receive your written email request, allow up to 30 days for service if Liberty Fence & Railing deems the repair is under our warranty or if the product is damaged/abused. If repair services are needed, we will determine and provide the cost of labor and replacement parts. Printed on the back of the contract are details about how to request service. Photos will assist us in identifying the cause of the problem and if there are any parts required to complete the service request. This is done only for existing Liberty Fence & Railing customers to streamline the process and minimize costs.
