Liberty Fence & Railing manufactures 100% pure lead-free virgin vinyl fence and railing materials throughout the year at our Long Island manufacturing facility. It’s one of our specialties. From fence panels to post caps, our industry-leading PVC products are known for their quality and longevity. Not all vinyl products are made the same way. Liberty Fence & Railing uses state-of-art co-extrusion technology (two layers of heavyweight material extruded through one die) to fabricate its Premium Heavy Duty Deluxe Grade Double Virgin Vinyl Series, including our new embossed wood grain vinyl products. We do not use any recycled or reused plastics or materials during the fabrication process.
The base ingredient is rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride) modified to provide superior impact strength and ultraviolet resistance. Our formula delivers long-term durability and structural integrity. Lower-grade materials will turn yellow, crack, or fade. However, Liberty Fence & Railing’s products contain 10 parts titanium dioxide, which prevents ultraviolet degradation. PVC offers multiple benefits, and our customers get a lifetime of use out of their products. We have decades of industry experience, and every job is custom-designed, manufactured, and assembled.
